I'm curious about what's going on there nowadays? Is it still a ruin, or has it been rebuilt? |

I think the simplest thing is to have it in the process of rebuilding. Just like the old Ruins of Zhentil Keep box. That way there is a map pre-made :P |

that is true. however it was the city of shade that wiped it out this time. for it to be rebuilt if any survivors would have to contemplate whether it would be worth it.
shade is gone, so it could get started if the iirc bandits there wanted to rebuild it. |

Does not make sense it would not be rebuilt over such a long time period when its been completely rebuilt like 3 times before within a decade. |
