It doesn't even grant a +1 to an ability score (Dex would be appropriate) and being able to [i]maybe[/i] block one attack doesn't seem worth the choice of a feat. I would personally choose to add either the ability score buff or a secondary ability such as: [i]Whenever an opponent misses you with a melee attack and had disadvantage on the roll, you may use a reaction to make a single melee weapon attack against that creature if both of its rolls missed your AC[/i].
