I'm extremely intrigued by the Harpell family of the town Longsaddle.Does anyone know if there is a Forgotten Realms book about any of the Harpells. If there is such a book would someone please tell me. Oh, and another thing in a campaign how would one use the Harpell's consistency to blunder so to speak. Thanks for reading this

Why would this be a problem? That low of a Wisdom score would prevent them from casting spells that were too horrible!

The Harpells were in The Streams of Silver from the Icewind Dale of that you are correct. They r also in the Siege of Darkness and Harkle(my personal fave) makes an appearance in the last book of Legacy of the Drow

As far as which books they were in, don't they make an appearance in the Icewind Dale Trilogy? I know they also make an appearance in the Legacy of the Drow series (book three Siege of Darkness). but I'm not exactly sure. its been a while since I've read them as well.

Ed created Malchor (sp?) and he was written up in the City of Splendors box set, and maybe in one or two of the older Waterdeep related products. RAS also expanded the family in his dark elf novels. (Sorry I forgot which ones, since it's been years since I read the first Drizzt novels.)
