I was wondering if anyone could fill in the history of Blingdenstones gnomes. I know that the drow destroyed their city by summoning spider demons after their defeat to Mithrill hall, and that the survivors fled to silverymoon. Did Belwar Dissenglump(sp?) survive the trip to Silverymoon, and if he did, you would think that he would have hooked up with Drizzt and his friends.

Wooly is right Xander.

The City of Speaking Stones is quite extensively detailed in the 2e Drizzt Do'Urden's Guide to the Underdark tome. It's located on pg. 33. Interestingly, the tome is written by Mr Eric L. Boyd, who also just happens to be a new Realms scholar and scribe, here at Candlekeep. I'm sure he'll have some extra little tidbits to add into this discussion...

I could be mistaken, and I'm at work so I can't check, but I believe Blidgenstone was written about in Drizzt Do'Urden's Guide to the Underdark. 'Tis a second edition product, but it's full of wonderful fluff that is still applicable.

Belwar Dissengulp did make it to Mithral Hall. He's listed as a notable character in the Hall's entry in Silver Marches.
