I've had a few PMs asking for this file, so I figure why not give a Google Drive link so people can just download it. This was sent to be my Thomas M. Costa back in January 2009, and was never finished.
I am unsure why he did not finish it. I think it had to do with the advent of 4th Edition, judging from poor memory. But now that 4E is dead and 3E and it's spin-off, Pathfinder, is alive and kicking I don't see why he couldn't finish it?
Anyway, if he is still around we'd all love to see this completed. If not, maybe someone else will? Enjoy.

I checked my hard drive at home, and found I have a copy of the file, as well... Was it publicly shared, at some point? If so, I can toss the file up on my own website. |
