Well met all! Does anyone know the correct way to address elven royalty? Do you say their entire name or just their first and last name? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

I've actually taken the translations I cited from this dictionary, but in Elfshadow the more direct translation for "etriel" is "noble elf-sister".

Mikie,

Not necessarily royalty, but Elaith Craulnober called Arilyn Moonblade "etriel", a term who would be roughly translated as "noble elven girl". "Etrielle" would be "noble elven woman", and "quessir" would be "noble elven man", as an elven version for "gentleman".

EDIT: Actually, I remembered Elaith calling Arilyn "etriel", and I thought she got surprised or embarassed when it first occurred. But the first one to call her that way was Kymil Nimesin, and then she got impressed, for Kymil was a hero figure for her. Later in her career Myrin Silverspear also called her using this term, but in a way that somehow implied royalty. See this text from Elaine Cunningham's Elfshadow:

"Myrin Silverspear had taken a special interest in her and her career. Whenever she stayed at the inn, he looked after her as if she were elven royalty. As usual, he met her at the foot of the stairs with a low bow. 'Your presence honors this house, Arilyn Moonblade. Is there anything that you require this evening, quex etriel?' As usual, Arilyn winced at the extreme deference of his greeting."
