Would Richard Simmons, count as an evil cleric of fitness or merely a lawful neutral ? |

Posted - 08 May 2013 : 02:34:41 The Realms have hosted foreign gods and pantheons before, including a good number of interlopers abusing Ao's hospitality (or ignorance) in pursuit of their own agendas. A fair number of Realms gods originated elsewhere and established themselves within the pantheon - ranging from little exarchs quietly squatting in remote lands to amass followers all the way up to Tyr boldly slicing himself a big piece of pantheon pie from the vanguard of his celestial army.
Even archfiends - like Orcus, Asmodeus, and (more recently) Mephistopheles - have seized positions of Power within the Realms. For all we know, Hextor could've just been yet another of Bane's uberminions who entered the Realms through the Pool of Radiance and maintained a low-profile (or was inactive, imprisoned, exiled, or dormant) until recently ... just because he ain't recorded in Realms canon doesn't mean he's not a threat and lacks power in the Realms. See H Series: Bloodstone or Temple of Elemental Evil modules for inspiration, lol. |

Posted - 07 May 2013 : 18:30:59 Hmm I think a few clerics and mercs , came over in 2e during the lost gods book's .
Otherwise, more I think about it, no Hextor really is not part of the realms as so far, as planescape is not included in the conversation. |

"Richard Simmons came out of the closet!"
Swear to god, that was the line used. He was actually hiding in another character's closet to attack them. Funny as hell (and if you watched it, he was quite the psychotic lunatic, so he is more likely Chaotic (gender) Neutral.
BTW, Hextor isn't from the Realms... or has that also changed? Not that I'd mind - I use all the Oerth gods as well. |
