Where in the Realms need one look to find true names of gods, fiendish or celestial lords and far entities? Is the book of the dead held by Jergal a good contender? What say you?

And I read that one of the Lords of Nine once was called Jaquon (sp?), but Asmodeus had the power to change his true name to Dagon so summoners would not be of aid to Jaquon anymore.

Do parents or loved ones have a certain say or cotrol over what a persons true name is? Can they change it to something else? What about casting a person from a family name in passion, could that curse a true name unbeknowst to the speaker?
