Basically, I need the map of the Silver Marches but with all of the minor locations edited out. Only leaving the major places like Mithral Hall and Silverymoon on the map. Major landmarks like rivers and mountains can stay as well. Would also like it sized to be printed on a regular sheet of printer paper, filling it up.

I'm sure somebody out there could do this in two seconds and it would be greatly appreciated : )

No problem; glad I was able to help. Being a digital packrat comes in handy sometimes, as does having the hard drive space to support it. Just let me know if anything didn't come through, or if there's anything in particular that's still missing... although I'm pretty sure I sent everything of your creation that I have.

I'm not MT, but IIRC, he can (I've been following his FR mapping and pestering him for download links for as long as he's been talking about it here)... but the layered Photoshop file is far more massive than a normal unlayered JPEG or even BMP file, so he (and other mappers) flatten out the layers to decrease the file size before making them public. Mark, please correct me if I've misremembered anything.

MT...
When you create a map, can't you layer the text differently than the topography? That would make it easier to deconstruct it later, right? (Sorry if I'm way off, not an illustrator/photoshop guru - just trying to learn since you, quite apparently, are.)

I think so - I haven't really opened the all the E-Mails attachments yet. But they are downloaded. thanks again.

I find my maps all over the net all the time - and I gave very few sites permission to use them (I always gave permission when asked... I just liked to BE asked).

You are very welcome - glad I can still help with these.

Wow... somehow that was one that I didn't have... I was wondering. Mark: You did get all those maps of yours that I sent along, right?

Wow, thats remarkable! Thank you :)

I'll have to add in the major places but I think I can manage that :p

I already had that, but its gone now, sorry.

And no, its not nearly that simple - its actually painstakingly difficult (you have to 'correct' the map one pixel at a time.)

EDIT: You lucked out - its one of the ones on my DeviantART site -
