Posted - 06 Jan 2004 : 02:15:41 True, however, I generally dislike both Shar & Selune. Shar is a maniac, who wishes for the destruction of ALL things, including her OWN worshipers. Truly only a fool would wishes for the destruction of their own worshipers, as that is how the deities measure power. With no worshipers, there is no Shar. Hmmm, perhaps a fine way to erase the Weakling Eilistraee from existence. |

Posted - 06 Jan 2004 : 02:10:27 Holy, the Seven may or may not exist. Although I doubt I'm one of them (I'm just not evil enough, but you'd be surprised what you'll claim in a moment of inspiration). However there is a Tale that the Seven will come from various places Across Toril, perhaps heralding the end of time, and perhaps a final conclusion between Shar and Selune... Though I doubt the victor will enjoy their triumph for long, as it is not deities but mortals (some even say HUMANS) that will dictate the final course of the battle.
On a side note: The Blood War (between Baatezu and Tanar'ri) just a small potato when compared to the real battle. The great Conflict between the Celestial Hosts and the Fiendish Hordes. The only true reason behind the Grand Game. Conflicting intrests you say? Nay, But the only true intrest that matters. The Battle between Law and Chaos is not as old as the Battle of Life and Death... Which is over shadowed by the war between Good and Evil. Relatively speaking... give or take... ... generally... ... ... basically... |

Posted - 06 Jan 2004 : 01:23:08 Ahh, of course, forgive my, ehem, previous transgressions, but from the way you were all "I must save the Avariel!" It could be assumed you suffered a change of heart, or at the least, a change of alignment. Regardless, this talk of the Seven has peaked my interest. Perhaps, if you would, oh, say give a bit of background??? Talk of the infernal powers always intrigues the drow, me more than most.
However the way you wrote your message is a bit odd, baatezu are from the nine hells, and tanar'ri are from the abyss. As far as i know, they are, and have been for some time, engaged in what is known by mortals as the Blood War. If you are given strength by devils, and were placed here by demons, that shows a bit of conflicting interest, to say the least. As with above, a bit of background, please. |

Posted - 06 Jan 2004 : 01:15:23 I have not gone soft. Never! Besides... I've never had an edge to begin with . But Soft? HA! I will do as I choose, and as I will and woe to those who stand in my way. I will not be denied, for I am one of the Seven... |

Posted - 05 Jan 2004 : 23:31:52 Hmm, Deimos, do not tell me you're going soft! Those who lose their edge do not survive long in Lolth's realm. |

Posted - 05 Jan 2004 : 21:20:51 I have never banished a drow, but I have been attacked a many times by them. So keep your judgements to yourselfs. I f we begin to have a normal drow susiety in this dungeon I will be pestered by their judgements over me. That normaly is slow and painfull death. And look at my signature. Who is diffremt now, drow. And by the way, are you a shade of a drow or are you some kind of half breed, if you are a half breed I wonder how it is posibble to combine a undead creatur with a drow? |

Now, Mr. Lee, I must protest, on behalf of everyone here. This is a library, in case you hadn't noticed all the books on the shelves. Kindly keep your voice at a normal level, and we'll get along so much better.
Well met
Indeed youre quite right Bookwyrm, volume levels such as that will not be tolerated Please try to stay calm mr.lee and remember, the sharing of knowledge can often produce some lengthy scrolls.....if it interests you not, then simply move onto another scroll |
