Hi folks,
Long ago, I started up a netbook of original lesser gods of the Realms. I never quite finished it, though. The other day, in preparation for a new Realms PBEM game, I went through an old portable HD and discovered the project, and how it was nearly complete. So I finished the last few entries, and uploaded it to Google Documents. Here it is!
A couple notes ahead of time.
1) The format is 3E, as was current when I began the project. There are some spells, domains and a new prestige class at the very end, but otherwise, it's 100% sweet, sweet fluff.
2) If you accept the premise that these previously unknown deities have always existed, most of it should fit into the canon Realms without any real problem. There are two exceptions. First, lore mistakes I've inadvertently made, and I'm sure there's a few to be found. If you notice any outright errors beyond "Your god isn't in any of my books" please let me know! Second, Lathander's kids. At the time I started the project, the Deliverance of Lathander was still vague and open to DM interpretation/exploitation. My take on it - the Deliverance is the emergence of three divine children of Lathander for the dawn, highsun and evening - will probably cause some serious ripples in the divine and mortal balance of power in the Realms. Discard and ignore as you like!

HERE is your pdf, varyar. I had trouble reading it on my tiny little notebook as a g-doc. I'll wait till I finish reading it before I comment further but I already like the idea of the sanctified demon lord. |
