I've tried to make a 3.5 map of Elkazar (and neighbouring countries) and, because of the total disapperence of it, it's quite hard to retcon places.
I've used many other maps to help me, the ones of HandsomeRob or MarkusTay63's. But, i'm not at all sure of the result.

I suppose that people here are more knowledgable about this than I.

Nice.

I was working on a 'perfected' one - putting EVERYTHING back where it belonged (but keeping the 3e textures and colors), using both the 1e/2e maps AND all those little maps in the Volo's Guide series (which I think are Ed's originals, or at least based upon them).

I really wished I had finished it, or at least a portion of it, because it is all gone now. It had more entries on it then any previous map ever done (included the FRIA). Some locales even came form obscure references which Ed was later kind-enough to place for me, which means they never appeared in any source or novel (beyond a mention).

I doubt I will ever bother to go through all that research again, so I hope you all the best with yours.
