i was thumbing through the old fr atlas the other day when i noticed a place near damara called sunderland.this made me smile as its also a city in northern england.does anyone else know of any areas of the realms which are also real places.even better if its somewhere near where you live. |

I live near a community named Westgate, and have visited Westgates in Edmonton and Winnipeg.

I regularly visit a town here called 'Waterdeep'
I kid, I kid! That would be very cool though. I'll chime in to say that Westgate is all over the place here in the DC area. |

Vaasa is a city in Finland (named after a ruling dynasty in 16th- and 17th-century Sweden, so it's also several people). |

Haha...same here. The shopping center and the neighborhood I live in are both named Westgate. My gaming group was originally called 'The Wizards of Westgate', so it was a kick for all of us seeing a Realms city with the same name. |
