Can someone, if they would be so kind, please explain to me how elves, dwarves and halflings act, as far as there personalities go and there attitudes toward eachother and other races? Thanks

Basically, Drow are better than all of them. Drow are more agile then normal elves, they're just as charismatic as Dwarves and as intelligent as Gnomes and Halflings.

Those are Warhammer dwarves you guys are describing; Realms dwarves are nothing like that. They're the morlocks to the elves' eloi, the makers to the growers. They're reserved, dignified, proud, self-reliant, mindful of family and tradition, part of the earth itself, brave, melancholy, and staunch.

As well as Races of Faerūn, the best sources are Cormanthyr (read pp. 14-19), FR11 Dwarves Deep, GAZ8 The Five Shires, and "Hin Nobody Knows" (Dragon #269).

Elves - A little arrogant and snobbish because they think they know more than the other races since they live the longest.

Dwarves - Rowdy and gruff. They are always looking for a good fight and and dislike elves because they think of them as too carefree and elegant.

Halflings - Like to pull pranks and are carefree. Most halflings are tricksters and will try to get away with most things.

Well just relate those races to everyday people, makes it easier.

Elves - high cultured, well off adults. Think their superior to everyone else, don't like mixing with others out of their class or race in this matter and likes to surround themselves in beauty.

Dwarves - everyday bar rabble. Relates to Teens and club hopping mad individuals; likes excitement, dark sanctuaries and socialised drunkeness.

Halflings - the little folk (kids). Miscevious, high spirited, full of energy and like to play.

Well that pretty much summed it all up. Hope that was insightful 4 ya.

Elves don't care about the other races vary much unless there is a frienship or companionship between the elf and the other guy. Thet think they are better than others because of natural magic they have from birth, keen sences, elegancy, skill in art and beauty. But that doesn't mean they leave a dying human or dwarf in misery. They are gentle creatures unless they are evil. We can sumarize their attitude as pride, arrogancy and modesty. That's my idea.
Dwarfs do not appreciate elves because they don't appreciate elves' skills. They don't have magic from birth, they don't have keen senses and so on. and their elengancy is weakness for dwarfs They are the opposite of elves so they make fun of elves and instead of arrogancy they show cruel aspects of humilation to elves. But they mostly himuluate gnomes in publicity.
I don't think halflings baheve different to other races.
Well these are my ideas.
