The Hall of the Portal in Shandaular (a ruined city the Rashemi used as an outpost) was activated through certain Ilythiiri runes. |

I remember wishing I could do something similar to this in the past so that I could run a campaign before modern Faerun (thus why I was glad to see the history of faerun book come out at the end of 3rd edition). I'm downloading all of these now to peruse. Thank you for the work. |
