Dear Scribes can any one tell me what the old name for the River Ashaba was????

No problem. I'm curious if the Dwarves of Tethyamar or the early humans of the Tesh Valley had alternative names for the river or if the just used the elven "Verire"?

Prior to Ashaba's great sacrifice, The elves of Cormanthor called it the River Verire.

This is found on the map on page 33 of The Fall of Myth Drannor. As for other names the river may have had in it's early history, I'm not aware of any.

I cant remember ever hearing about it ever having another name, where was this mentioned?
