Page 29 of CoSW says "a former Harper named Iriador "Garnet" Wintermist unleashed a series of unconventional attacks against the inhabitants of the Sword Coast."

Could someone summarize these "unconventional" attacks?

I know she flew a green dragon into Waterdeep on Shieldmeet, but how was that attack unconventional? I assume it didn't eat people? If not what did it do, how did it almost upset the Lord's Rule?

Thanks.

Step 1: Read Elfshadow
Step 2: Read Elfsong (Which is where said events take place)

I suggest reading these because they are very very good books, and there is no better way to learn of the events you want to know about than reading them in a great book:)

I think Elaine even briefly covered this in one of her replies about the book.

I'll check the archives.

You really need to read the novel that covers all this; it's Elaine's book Elfsong.

The long and the short of it is that by causing problems with food production, monster attacks, weather, and people's perception of the Lords of Waterdeep, she was trying to undermine their rule.
