Can someone point me in the right direction for Melairkyn clan lore. Is there any lore on contemporary (~DR 1374) descendants?

Thanks!

The only sources I can recall at the moment [aside from those mentioned already] are a few [very] brief references in the 2e City of Splendors, and Demihuman Deities has a one sentence reference to them in the entry for "Dumathoin." There was also some brief bit about them in Fall of Myth Drannor too, IIRC. And see Halaster's entry in Villains' Lorebook as well.

Hi there,

there is a 2nd edition adventure called 'The Lost Level' that contains a few notes on history and magical items of the Melairkyn.

In fact, the dungeon within this module consists "temple to Dumathoin and the tombs of the Melairkyn". You can find that source here: http://wizards.com/dnd/files/2/fr_downloads/tsr9511.zip

Else, there is a descendant(at least alive until the Year of the Tankard 1370) mentioned in the source Skullport, also a 2nd edition book.

I didn't find any other cannon references either, although I did blunder into some cool home brew plot lines and an NPC.

I was hoping there might be some lore in old novels or some such.

Ouch!

Anybody?

Obviously I'm looking for a bit more than them as footnotes in Undermountain and AGHotR.

Where is a Dwarven Loremaster when you need one?
