Posted - 16 Jan 2009 : 21:16:05 Does anybody know of a publication date sorted (or sortable, I guess) list of the gaming supplements? I worked the one below up as a shopping list for the 3.0/3.5 stuff I wanted (halfway there!), but I'd be interested in seeing a complete Realms gaming supplement timeline by release date if there is such a thing. I asked the guy that does the Forgotten Realms Bibliography website, but he doesn't track stuff by date.
Cheers,
Christopher

Nah, that's okay. I'll synthesize something searchable and sortable from the various sources folks have pointed out. |

So there really isn't a single-document, rigorously prepared, all-edition Realmslore bibliography online someplace? That's actually kind of amazing.

There is, but it's not that specific with the release dates. They list years, and that's as specific as it gets. Still, I find the site useful, sometimes.

Posted - 17 Jan 2009 : 03:15:57 It was marketed as a Monstrous Compendium and released prior to the Realms Campaign Setting book. It wasn't until after the CS that the books were 'branded' as Realms. |

Right, thanks, guys! Ranger, that link is to a page of novels. Does the Library track the gaming products the same way? I might have missed something. And Ashe and Karsus, y'all's lists are pretty much the same as mine (with the exceptions of those that Brimstone helpfully pointed out I missed). In fact, LK, I see that the first response under the list you linked is from me! Heh.
Anyway, I clearly wasn't being, um, clear. I'm wondering if there's an all-edition list of Forgotten Realms gaming materials listed by date of publication. I know where there are lists by edition, alpha by title across one or more editions, etc.
Cheers,
Christopher
Sorry about that! I wasn't paying enough attention to what was listed.
@ Ashe, Monsters of Faerun doesn't even have the Forgotten Realms symbol or book color on it. I don't know why they made it general, maybe just to make it sort of a MM lite. |
