Ok i was doing some research on the mere of dead men to plan for a eventual mini campaign but have not been able to get ahold of some key information. I know there was a series of 5 adventures for it in the dungeon magizines i have 3 of them but am missing issue 69 and 72 and was wondering if anyone had any of the advetures for that series or know where i can get it off the internet. And i was also wondering if anyone had worked up an expanded more detailed map of the area. If anyone could help me with this it would be much appreciated. |

No...
Neither of you is that much older than me. I was just discovering D&D when a lot of the stuff you are talking about was published, so I hadn't had time to develop my rabid compulsion to collect anything FR. I mean, from the first time I read the FRCS, I knew it was my favorite campaign, I just wasn't aware of a lot of the stuff that was out there.

Unfortunately I'm stuck looking through my dad's old backup cd's, hoping to find some goodies like that. |

Kysus, as it happens the adventure articles for the Mere in the five issues of DUNGEON [#69, 70, 71, 72 and 73] feature maps for the Mere in them. As I recall the maps actually become more detailed as the adventure progresses and more areas in the adventure are discovered. Issue #73 has the most complete and detailed map of the region. |

-General information about the Mere of Dead Men can be found in various other sources, and most of them are just little mentions. The ones with the most information in it are probably those DUNGEON magazines. DRAGON magazine has an article with some information on it in issue 258. |
