The URL regerstration lasts for two year periods, the person that regeristered it in general was able to keep the domain name as long as they paid for it on time (there is one case where another person stole a domain and after severval years of court it was returned to first person) and it appears that those that maintained myth-drannor.net did not pay the low fee so site no longer in database. There is no longer in the master database that points to a host server. This of course can be changed, either a new person could "buy" the domain or the oridginal founders might revive it (and rebuild with stored files). |

-A lot of the material on that website is not canon, either. |

Also last time I checked that site was no longer operational, though of course it could have been revived. |
