Wow, every one has to read this. It had such a Realmsian feel to it. Is it canon or just a Candlekeep band aid?

Mod edit: Changed the title to more accurately reflect the scroll's contents.

Good to see KEJR has his fans!

It's not invalid to the person who chooses to use it though.

Cool. I loved it.

Very epic and lots of PC room to wiggle around.

Sorry about the confusion. I read this article 'Anatomy of an Apocalypse' and was stunned with envy. It was a well composed work weaving a great story together. Thanks KEJR!

*virtually shakes KEJR's hand*

I still liked it, and I think that those who choose to ignore 4e all together will find it useful.

I used the title "Anatomy of an Apocalypse" when I sent the article to Alaundo for the site update, so it didn't appear in the original thread that I posted it in.

A caveat: This likely won't prove nearly as useful as I orignally had intended it to be. I was working off of the statement that the Spellplague "wouldn't be covered in any novels," which was later amended to "wounld't be directly covered in any novels," and it was then implied that The Empyrean Trilogy might end up covering some of this.

So basically, I jumped the gun and it was fun, but its likely to be pretty much invalid as events in those books play out. Had fun researching this though.

I knew KEJR wrote "sort out" for the Spellplague issue, but the title (Automony of an Apocalypse) didn't ring a bell for me.

Weird, I had my own version.

I found this very compelling. Does anyone know who the author is? Or did they want to be left anonymous? Anyways, if you are the author, and you are reading this, I would like to virtually shake your hand.

Oooooh, I see! Thanks for the heads-up.

It's a PDF hosted here on Candlekeep. You can find it right here.

It's quite a good way to solve the issues about the whole 1385 mess.

I third that, when I read this I thought to myself, Wtf are they talking about?
Wooly Rupert Posted - 22 Oct 2007 : 17:07:45
Yeah, I'm wanting to know what is being discussed here, too.
Rinonalyrna Fathomlin Posted - 22 Oct 2007 : 16:50:49
I'm honestly not sure what you guys are talking about.
KnightErrantJR Posted - 22 Oct 2007 : 15:52:15
Band-aid.
