How come candlekeep doesnt always refresh when I use my bookmarks to come here?

Every now and then the main page of forums doesnt update ie it doesnt show that theres new posts and I have to hit the refresh button to get it to update.

Candlekeep seems to be the only forum where this happans (I also post at WOTC, Maxminis and Enworld)

Is it something I can fix at my end or is it a server side issue?

Actually, it does. It's under ToolsInternet Options. On the General tab, click the Settings button in the Temporary Internet Files area. It should be set to Automatically, by default.
