Mr. Alaundo for some reason I can't log out of my user name! Is this just happening to me? Or are other people having similar situations? You can delete this thread once you have posted a reply. |

Salabasha, you may want to run your anti-virus software as well. There are certain TSR programs/worms (not the D&D company ) that can be remotely linked to your computer from outside servers that allow hackers to mess around with your system and can sometimes cause these problems. However, if you don't have a virus on your system, then it is most likely the cookies as has already been suggested.

"Cookies? Did I hear...? Ah...I see. nevermind."
"There once was a time when there were cookies..." he says wistfully
"Ah well back to my ridiculously oversized pile of dusty tomes and scrolls. Lest Alaundo smite me with that staff...again"
Looking up at the assembled scribes he says "Let that be a lesson to you. A haitus is an evil, evil thing."

Posted - 05 May 2004 : 09:14:17 Well met
Clicking the "Logout" button should certainly log you out, Salabasha. If this is not happening then it is most certainly down to your cookies, as Dargoth stated.
Please contact me personally if you are still experiencing problems. |

Posted - 05 May 2004 : 07:21:57 If you know what the Candlekeep cookies called you can go into the Cookie dir on your hardrive and delete it normall a cookie has the site name in its address so search your hardrive for the word Candlekeep. Failing that you can tell your browser to delete all your cookies |
