is there currently, or could there be, a timezone setting in our profiles, so that the timestamp we see on messages corresponds to our local time? i'm seeing things like 23:09 when it's 2 in the afternoon here.

Well, Candlekeep's timezone is largely set to the United Kingdom's GMT clock.

There isn't currently a capacity for allowing different timezones with the Candlekeep functionality we are using at present. However, this issue has been included in the list of possible features for Candlekeep 2.

Maybe Candlekeep 2 might have that option. I clearly never found it in this version.
