I'm curious about the Roll of Years-style entry the OP quoted as well. I've only found that information on the internet so far, and nobody sources it. It's not reproduced in Brian's book and I can't find a reference to the castle's name or Shyressa being there in any of my sources.
As mentioned upthread, Lady Dlatha Flanaer and the Spires are in the Beshaba entry in Faiths & Avatars (and are described as a "vampire-haunted, abandoned castle" north of Saradush), but the additional details aren't given.
If anybody knows the source of that timeline entry, I'd greatly appreciate a pointer. The scant stuff I've got relating to these two fascinating women is listed below.
Cheers,
Christopher
572: Shyressa, a concubine in a wizard ruler's harem in Lower Tathtar is made a vampire at age 21. She immediately slays the vampire who created her and begins to study magic. [Empires of the Shining Sea, p. 184]
c. 875: Tathtar falls to a plague introduced by Shyressa, who has spent the previous three centuries hiding among the High Peaks and learning magic. [Empires of the Shining Sea, p. 184]
c. 975 Shyressa moves her lair to a mausoleum within the royal graveyard of Tathtar's capitol of Dajaan. [Empires of the Shining Sea, p. 184]
c. 1295: Shyressa joins the Twisted Rune. [Lands of Intrigue: Book Three: Erlkazar & Folk of Intrigue,p. 24]
1347: Dlaetha Faenar is rumored to visit General Sharboneth the night before the attack on Castle Tethyr that sparks the Ten Black Days Eleint Lands of Intrigue: Book One: Tethyr,p. 37]
1362:* Shyressa gains a Runemaster seat in the Twisted Rune [Lords of Darkness, p. 178]
1364: Shyressa is driven out of a lair north of Saradush [the unsourced entry under discussion]
1370: By this date, Dlaetha Faenar rules in the fortress now known as the Spires Against the Stars, which has become the most holy center of Beshaban worship in Faerϋn [Faiths & Avatars, p. 43] --Shyressa keeps her primary lair in an opulent mausoleum in the noble graveyard of the ruins of Dajaan, Tathtar's capital (near Surkh on the Deepwash). [Lands of Intrigue: Book Three: Erlkazar & Folk of Intrigue, p. 7 and p. 24]
* Or 1360 according to second edition sources.

The original listing Kuje linked to above is not actually my work, but that of another scribe's. My new listing, merely expands on this previous work by including several new temples mentioned, and adding the sources where the temples were originally referenced/detailed.

I think you'll find that Kuje's NPC lists pretty much already covers this.

Okay since nobody knows anything about this issue. Ill ask some other questions :
What is the biggest temple to Beshaba in Forgotten Realms?
Are there any official priests of Beshaba anywhere?
A long time ago I cant remember where there were a site where you could see where all the temples to the different religions where in forgotten realms, do anybody remember which site you can see this ?
http://www.candlekeep.com/library/articles/temples.htm
I think thats what you are after.
And check my NPC lists for those that I found that worship Beshaba.
Note, that I am in the process of updating this listening, including more recent temple mentions from sourcebooks and novels, and including the sources all these temples are referenced in. So, it's likely that some of the more recent temples mentioned for Beshaba won't be on that list.
I'm not sure when I'll be finished though.

Shyressa is indeed a "Runemaster" among the Twisted Rune. And she is a vampire.

I'm not so sure. She doesn't immediately sound all that familiar. I'd likely have to do some digging to be certain.
