Well in a game i play we recently hit epic lvls(22) and my character is thinking to create a spellpooll. My research so far has onlly produced a fan made one using something like a ner logic(i dont rember the forum i found it). So my question is has anyone thought how to create a spellpool using the epic seeds?

Actual creation of spellpool was not detailed I think. Epic magic sounds like a correct way of doing it than it would just need a spell description.
