I like the idea. When I start up D&D: Next again, I'll try to do something like this. I did something similar with the FR Super-Adventure (Shadowdale: Scouring of the Land) in which I had a journal of my character who depicted the life of an adventurer. He was a Purple Dragon who aided the quest to defend Shadowdale and defeat the Shadovar. |

A DM writes out his POV from an NPC perspective, Thus far he's been somewhat spot out from an outsider perspective.
More or less, In game, we have...
Killed yetti, showed up to see a dead harper and fought a were-rat, obtained silvered weapons, went to east haven (My character was given permission to retain the black ice ship should we bring back the pirate captain alive) then we went to the elk tribe, watched an argument, Went up north and found a dead body, then we left went into a hotspring and ended up fighting the ice witch and a resurrected icing death. This week we pick up from there.
