Hi all,
After the recent drifting apart of my latest gaming group I am looking for a few committed players for a play by email game.

I live in the UK but that doesn't really matter with play by email.

I have plenty of ideas for games to run, I would really like to finish my own personal conversion of "The Night Below" but to be honest will run any kind of campaign anywhere in Faerun.

I run a customised 3.75 (pathfinder) ruleset.
I am open to any races and classes that I have rules for but I have customised quite a few things to fix and balance things.

I use google drive for the maps and character sheets (its free and accessible from my workplace).

If anyone has a game or character they would like to play then post or PM me and I can give you my email address and we can start things up.

Indeed, I am quite interested in it to be honest. It's been some time since anyone could get me interested in a campaign. But then again, this site as whole, has some pretty creative and wonderful minds. So I did not expect anything less.

It is an awesome campaign...very awesome.

That all sounds amazing! It's very interesting hearing about it, and I wonder how it will end. Will they save the Dwarf I wonder? Well if I can join I may be interested, although my playing is very rusty I can try to pick it up again. ^_^ I do wish you luck and would not mind hearing more about the campaign.

Well i'm now running it with 7 players. I think it's going quite well (I would as i'm the DM). So far the players are wandering blind through an ancient abandoned dwarven city underground that is populated with all kinds of monsters.

So far the district they are in has a three way struggle involving orcs, troglodytes and goblinoids. The party are helping a tribe of goblinoids who in return are providing a distraction to allow the party to effect a rescue of a dwarf that has been captured by the orcs and may be able to show the party to safety in the Underdark.

The party don't know it yet but they cant return to the surface as the entrance has been sealed.

Right at this moment they are on round 3 of a fight between hobgoblins and orcs and a gargantuan monstrous spider, while half of the party try and sneak into a warehouse held by the orcs where the dwarf was located. Unbeknownst to the party the fight will also attract a group of troglodytes in round 5 - I did warn them not to make lots of noise and light.

All this and the party are only level 3, but since I have rewritten the rules levels are not so important anymore.

I dont know whether I can fit anymore players in at the moment but lurkers are welcome and if we have any dropouts I would pick new players from the lurkers first.

It's been some time since I have jumped into a game myself. I'd love to, if I was more seasoned. As I said it's been some time, but your idea is great and I wish you luck on your campaign!

We have 4 players now, which is enough to start once characters are finalised. Still space for 2 more, at the moment the party is leaning towards the casters so anyone that likes martial or rogue like characters would be best but anyone is welcome (if everyone wants to be a mage then so be it)

Thankyou Dalor, very kind words, and you were a likewise damn fine gamer (i remoulded my entire perspective and campaign idea on orcs thanks to your character). If circumstances allow you to return by all means let me know. Kaern will be waiting, and i still have a few plans for him if you do come back.

Once I get my Swords of the Moonsea game back together I might entertain that idea. Thanks!

I just have to say...the fella runs a damn fine game.

I was one of the "drifters" unfortunately. But like I said, his game was awesome...just the wrong time for me unfortunately.

I encourage anyone to jump into a game with him!
