Lady Kazandra |
Posted - 27 Apr 2004 : 06:25:06 Oh good . She was more ruthless in that particular period than she ever was after all that Orcus mess.

Posted - 26 Apr 2004 : 07:59:52 Kiaransalee . . .
Hmmmn, that makes 'Shadowlord's' story even more intriguing . . . er, Shadowlord .
Tell me, does this occur before the Orcus/Manzzecorian conflict Kiaransalee was eventually to find herself involved in?.

Posted - 26 Apr 2004 : 07:42:21 I have a new and revised copy of this story, similar to Bookwyrm's in that it seems more like a novel. I shall post it shortly. It features Tsabrak Teken'ghym, the Shadowlord, and begins when he worshipped... dare I say it... Kiaransalee! Well, there's a tidbit I suppose no one guessed. As I said, I'll see about posting the story in full later on. |

Posted - 22 Jan 2004 : 20:41:52 Thank you for the praise, Naroon. And yes, I would gladly accept your assistance in breaking the stranglehold of Lolth. |

Posted - 22 Jan 2004 : 09:52:06 Tell me if you need any assistance, I would cladly do anything to anger Lolth and her pity followers
Great story by the way.... have I allready told you that? ... I think I have... Great story |

Posted - 21 Jan 2004 : 20:26:06 Some of them are still on the demiplane of shadow. I know not what has happened to them. Most died from the initial shadow dragon siege. my city is only partially in the plane of shadows, and we still hold meeting there, trying to find a way to break the stranglehold of Lolth. I would gladly repeat a dozen Chaulssins across the realms if it would mean Lolth's destruction. |

Posted - 21 Jan 2004 : 09:47:37 Great story Shadowlord!
Are youre city and family still traped on the demiplane of shadows? |

Posted - 21 Jan 2004 : 07:52:08 Well, heres my story, nowhere near finished as of yet, but careful observers will not that this very story was already posted in the Candlekeep Inn at an earlier time. Any and all comments would be appretiated after you finish reading my story.
About 3 millenia ago, before you were even in existence, I was known as Tsabrak Teken'ghym, Weapons Master and Patriarch of First House Teken'ghym in Chaulssin, the City of Wyrmshadows, though it was not called that till about 2 millenia ago..... Unlike many cities of drow, Chaulssin exclusively followed Vhaeraun, The Masked Lord. As such, we did not have the matriarchal views that dominate so much of the dark elven history. I was accorded to be the Patron Father, and Weapons Master, of the First House of Chaulssin, House Teken'ghym, taken from my surname, Tsabrak Teken'ghym. We were the one city that the Spider Queen's stranglehold did not extend to. Free of her influence, we cast many darkness spells and shadow magic was the norm. However, such darkness attracts even darker creatures, as we soon learned the hard way. About one thousand years later, a horde of Shadowdragons lay seige to Chaulssin, and the combined power of our shadow magic and the inherent darkness of the dragons served to draw parts of our city into the Demiplane of Shadow. House Teken'ghym was the center of one such rift..... and I was transported to the Demiplane of Shadow. From there, using my shadowdancer abilities, which were greatly magnified on the Shadow Plane, I made my way to Carceri, in the Demonweb Pits, home of my lord Vhaeraun. There I met with his avatar. He told me that by using my shadowdancer abilities on the Demiplane, I had absorbed the essence of shadow and had become a shade. I am ageless, immune to the ravages of time, poison, and disease. Where even you shall fade, I shall linger on, unless I am killed, of course. Vhaeraun's might returned me to Chaulssin, where I was able to drive off a few of the shadowdragons. My House and Home decimated, I moved on to the City of Menzoberranzan, and have been taking up residence there ever since. It was there that I gained the name Shadowlord, so deadly were my assassination skills. And so I waited, and will continue to wait for the day when Vhaeraun can regain his former glory, and Lolth will topple into oblivion.
I hope this has satisfied you.... |

Posted - 21 Jan 2004 : 05:58:36 My story will be posted soon, it's just that I've been really busy with finals, mid-terms, reports, and so on that I've hardly had time for the Realms! |

Posted - 19 Jan 2004 : 19:36:17 Hmm, that could be the reason for the name, I'll have to look into it..... |

Posted - 19 Jan 2004 : 12:09:37 yak!! that doesent sound very good, i think the correct way of saying it is G`luk, it`s the sound you make after the first gulp you taste
|
Shadowlord |
Posted - 18 Jan 2004 : 15:56:02 No, I suppose it tastes no better than the common orc beverage, "gluk". Anyway, I am sorry for the delay, but I had to attend the Masked Lord's Embrace, the holy day of the followers of Vhaeraun. My story shall be posted without further ado. |

Posted - 15 Jan 2004 : 02:12:22 I assure you Sage that it is not from Calimshan, during my life in the fair city of Calimport I have never encountered this beverage, it must be something those savages north of the River Chionthar likes to drink. Shouldn't be better tasting than the common orc brew I say! |

Posted - 15 Jan 2004 : 01:22:18 'Coke'...? I am unfamiliar with this type of beverage. From where did you encounter such a drink...Cormyr perhaps?...
Or maybe it was Amn, or even Calimport...

Hmmm, I'm afraid I dont want to ruin the suprise Sage. If I name my sources, a brilliant mind such as yours may be able to tell what my story will be about! No, I think its safest if we all wait patiently.......
Ah...say no more then, for I will ask for no more information on your story...
You've piqued my curiosity though, and for that I thank you...
