One thing that I studied in Rede was the Golgatian language. It is notoriously difficult to learn because the language has hardly any rules. I suppose the thousands of years of adapting has made the Golgatians' minds better equiped to learn it. I am a bit rusty, but here are two phrases in Golgatian for you:

Nuedyofae, vellem zurielodre. Ta frod we Pendangorth.

Which means: "Greetings, fellow travellers. My name is Pendangorth."

And just for Salius Kai I think it is:

"Mewsete ze zieke mrole ev wavofoze lacelefad."

Which means "Welcome to these walls of infinite knowledge."

Tommorow, if you wish, I can teach you how to say phrases like: "Hello, how are you?" etc. and perhaps teach you how to have a simple conversation in Golgatian.

Do you use a specific set of rules for this language construction?.

Good question. Actually, the word order is very much the same as English- there is a great deal of history behind Golgtian. I'll speak with you more on Monday on the subject if you wish.

Thankyou very much Aneama.

Right scholars! Here is the first lesson in Golgatian.
I will teach you the necessary phrases to have a simple conversation.

Hello- Idole
How are you? - Ice hud ter?
I’m fine- Ead we vofe
Not too bad- Fez zec qri
Not very well- Fez idra melo
I’m alright- Ead we hrulniz
And you?- Hai ter?
Ditto (just incase)- Ilyde
What’s your name? - Mirz we teru frod?
My name is… - Ta frod we…
Goodbye- Vrudqad
Phrases/words that Alaundo might use:
Well met, and welcome to the forums: Merh tez, hai melsete ze zie verite.
Well met, and welcome to Candlekeep: Merh tez, hai melsete ze Shaireleik.
Realmslore- Rehroerere (strange word, I know!)
Library: Roquart

There you go scholars- the first lesson of Golgatian.
