I'm thinking about starting a PBEM campaign. Just to clarify. this campaign would not be centralized in one Area. it is likely it would span Faerun. this also would be more plot oriented, rather than concentrated on dungeoneering (In other words, more like Final fantasy, or Balder's Gate, and less like the "dungeon-hopping Campaigns). I'm thinking of staring the PC's at around 13th level. the Ruleset is 3.5. you can play any class listed in the following books:Complete Arcane,Compete Divine,Draconomicon,Player's handbook, Underdark,FRCS, or Races of Faerun. the cap for level adjustment is +4. you can play any race listed in these, or the Monster Manual that fit this requirement.

this would take a while to get together.

would anyone anyone be interested?

I'm looking for 2-3 players with good character design.

I'd be willing to give it a shot but I might not be able to keep up and I'll be gone August 24th to Sept 2nd or so (yay burning man) but after Sept 2nd I'll have plenty of time. . . I think anyhow. ;)

Yep still playing. I sent you a PM, since I'm at work and don't have access to personal e-mail here.

I'm going to allow one NPC companion at the beggining of the game. Email me, orr PM with Ideas. I will most likely approve it.

Sian, if you want to play, send me the character sheet, along with a breif background, and a spell list, if it applies. Send it any time, I send an email back as soon I can. I know you're in Central European Time, but that shouldn't be an issue.

oh yeah ... one more to go ... stats ...

Because you are going to start off seperate areas, you can start anywhere it suits you. as for stats, you are a 13th level character. you can make stats appropriate to that level

any kind of forced alignment (must be good, must not be lawfull or something else)

any specific races thats not allowed ... i'd guess a aquatic elf would be out of question if we start 100s of miles away from a body of water, and a golirath (spelling?) is just as out of question on a 'waterworld' themed game

same story with classes, a swashbuckler/dualist is hard to find in a rural world while a barbarian/frenzied beserker would be just as hard to find at ease in a major city

There is no alignment restricstions, except for monks, and of course clerics.

there is no race limitation, other than that it must have a Level adjustment of +4. although you might not want to play water based characters, just because it kind of limits you.

And as for classes, the only restrictions are that they are in the books mentioned before.

I am very flexible, and like to give my players a lot of room when making a character, and while playing them.

This will be heavily plot based, for those who enjoy that. I'm open to any intelligent character suggestions.
