Are there any materials that can reduce a weapons size category?
I checked mithral but it specifically states it doesn't.

I've never seen a material with that quality, though there is a magic weapon ability that can resize a weapon (a Sizing weapon, as found on page 69 of the Underdark Realms sourcebook).
