Thanks guys. I did just get Cloak and Dagger but have not gotten the chance to really look over it as I am distracted with Races of Faerūn and Azure Bonds. All the FRCS seems to mention is that the Harpers oppose them.

Cloak & Dagger, the 2 campaign box sets, the FRCS, Lords of Darkness. LoD has the most recent info on them.
There's also one or two tidbits in Forgotten Realms Adventures, Cult of the Dragon, and the 2e Cormyr supplement.

A little more since, for awhile, Sembia was off limits for TSR but they did add a bit more in the 2e campaign box set. |

The Sembia novels? I believe the Forgotten Realms Adventures is the best resource on the cities. The countryside? No idea. |
