Is there a place that I can find Forgotten Realms Specialty Priests for AD&D 2nd Edition?

Not my site, found via google, I viewed in html as I do not care for rtf.

Hmm, not there, google has in cache at least for now.

http://64.233.167.104/search?q=cache:7LEyEOpjOHQJ:positron.jfet.org/
adnd/elf-txt/elfbk.rtf+starting+age+subraces+%22Complete+Book+of+
Elves%22&hl=en

Edit: Was not sure how a long URL would have displayed, I broke now into three parts. If somebody is going for the bloody thing putting the URL back together might work. Of course they could use a search engine as well.

Yeah, it is nice of WOTC to allow all that information to be posted on the net. Awfully charitable of them.

Elven age categories that show the start of adulthood ages that were posted are on page 37. Character creation is in chapter ten starting on page 76.

I'd look, but I'm not running home on my lunchbreak just to check. Sorry.

Edit: Ah, someone beat me to it by mere seconds... Kentinal, could we perhaps get a page number along with those numbers?

The books periodically appear on eBay, as well. 'Tis where I send many seekers of old Realms material; I've found more than a bit of my collection there.

BTW, that site may not be entirely legal... Big Al or Tethy might come along and remove that link, for the sake of keeping the keep free of legal entanglements.

Ahh Ebay and game stores are a colletors dream. I have built a good collection of 1e-3e material off them and quite cheap too. Alos don't count the 3e Fr stuff out as well. Theres some things I don't like in it but so far the FR books have blown the quality of the standard 3e books out of the water.

And from what I have done of it conversions get easier as time goes on but I am having problems reversing the PrC's into kits...Sorry about the Ramble.

Ditto on the site though. It doesn't look legal but it's also seems to be based out of russia so Shutting it down may be tough for Hasbro but the link probably should be removed.

FR1 is (I believe, it's not in front of me) the Waterdeep suppliment - but there's also a boxed set The North which covers the environs, if not the city itself as well. There's various online links, but toril is down, I think. I haven't done much with/in Waterdeep, so I don't have anything on it bookmarked here, though I might have old references at home.

Do you mean in general, or a particular region? If you just want a general overview, the FR Boxed set is the place to look, and there's suplements and other boxed sets for other regions.

Tsk, tsk Talwyn... always with the barbaric urges!

Have you thought about playing a barbarian? oh! a barbarian/paladin would be sooo perfect for Talwyn! you MUST give him a few levels of barbarian when you upgrade him to 15th-level!!

Hmm, that may be not such a bad idea, Talwyn the Destroyer
*Picture a platemail clad knight wearing a small furry pointed hat*

Actually I had a slightly better idea: 15th-level paladin with Leadership and Dragon Cohort feat... see the email I sent you, and the new feat I created for you... (I posted this feat for everyone's pleasure under the "Running the Realm" section, "Skills and Feats of the Realms" post)

but with all that talking can any one tell me what the reason is for Hasbro taking over our precious little world???

Why does any company buy another? To get more money in the long run.

'Cept that all it gained Hasbro was a single number in the accounting ledgers...

Mayhap it's time to raise a horde and burn HASBRO down to the ground!
I feel the stirrings of my northern ancestors screaming for blood, death and mayhem!
I think also lots of guys on ponies with funny little furry hats and Compound Bows wouldn't go astray either

The horde is coming...

Now, I loved TSR, I still even drink out of my TSR mug every day out of a deep embedded loyalty. However, they did release some trash in the latter years. WotC were the best thing that could have happened, however, being bought out by Hasbro hasn't filled me with confidence.

'Tis true. Two non-Realms examples of TSR releasing trash are Krynnspace and The Astromundi Cluster. I also thought that many of the Complete X Handbooks were utter rothé droppings.

::gets a torch so Lord Rad can see::

Hey, when money gets tight, people get desparate. WotC, being that they were plentiful in the capitol area had a much better chance of doing things. And Hasbro needs to die.

No WoTC are OK, it's their parent corporation (HASBRO) that deserve a swift kick to the groin. Any bland toy-company that gobbles up the smaller games co.'s like the legendary Tarrasque has got to be no good in the long run as it stiffles creativity and competition but that's capitalism for you.
All they are are a bunch of faceless suits that are interested in their stock rising at any cost and couldn't give a toss about the fans or devotees of D&D, any old board games from Avalon Hill or PC games for that matter.
Sorry about the rant folks but if i could I'd burn their HQ to the ground, or like old Conan said
"Crush your enemies, drive them before you, hear the lamentations of their women!"
