hi im a 3.5 player and my wizard got the craft Golem feat. I was wandering why the extra gold piece on the base price?? I can understand the 10,000gp of raw material & even a price for the magic lab you need but why the extra 70,000gp on the crafting price its for what??
and why 80,000gp base price give 150,000gp market price.

Because there is "market price" for all goldpiecemagick. And for Hack&Slash balance.
There's no point to search for hidden reasons for specific numbers, that's mostly pulled out of thin air. Sometimes in the same way as before, sometimes not.

If you need some sane justification for the extra expenses somehow, just assume that expenses are:
1) Materials (given)
2) Services: the artisans' work of shaping the material into body. Can be resolved per Craft rules: raw materials cost = 1/3 x generic item price, i.e. work cost = 2x material cost. But with such craft checks golem bodies are effectively masterwork items, so this may need more tweaking.
3) The rest is for the final step - components in the summoning/binding ritual (remember, it's animated by an elemental).
Then Clay/Flesh use forcible binding, which is why it's cheaper (in absolute value), but they can go berserk. Better golems involve bargaining and paying for services with whatever goods the elemental demands (e.g. like planar ally, or grue conjuration long before it). While air creatures usually only want a spoonful of incense, earth ones can be costly - stone/sand/clay of specific sort in significant quantity or rare gems. And the greater elemental is needed to animate the shell, the more it's going to ask.
Of course, then there should be some discount for being a conjurer and/or haggling-related abilities (assuming the golem-maker speaks fluid Terran).

They artificially increased the price of making golems so that people weren't using them with them on dungeon crawls. I actually did that with battle horrors back in 2nd edition (back when they could cast magic missile at will and were also healed by magic missile... so having 4 of them with you was interesting).

Still, with proper planning, having a construct with you can prove very interesting in 3.5 rules.
