I'm running a game in Eastern Amn and was looking for some background information for proper flavor.

Keczulla is seperated into 4 districts and 8 wards does anyone know the signifigance of this or their meaning?

Emerald District
Sapphire District
Jade District
Agate District

Platinum Ward
Mythral Ward
Bronze Ward
Silver Ward
Electrum Ward
Gold Ward
Harbor Moon Ward
Copper Ward

Also what insights might be found about the following places in the city:

The Coinstacks
The Electrum Mine
Dame Ames' Inn
The Thirsty Gnome
The Onyx Raven

thank you so much. I'm printing it off as we speak and it is very helpful.

I would advise you to check out the scrolls which are free for copy at the WotC section. It holds scrolls on the Lands of Intrigue of which Amn is part. There's a scroll dedicated to Amn and should help you find more information on the topic mentioned.

(in non library-speak: in the free download section on the WotC website there's a PDF version of the Lands of Intrigue boxed set. The Amn booklet would give you a lot of information that would help you on your way.)
