The animal companions gets a feat. My druid wants his monkey to get Deflect Arrows but the requirements is Improved Unarmed Strikes in the case on animals, does their natural attacks count as unarmed strikes? 3.5 rules, obviously. |

Hmmm.....I'd say yes because they're "proficienct" enougth with Unarmed strikes that they'd deal lethal damage with them. So I don't see a problem in that regards. |

Nah he just wants his monkey to yoink arrows out of the sky. I mean who wouldn't want that? Its cool. |

just wondering, with so many other options, why does he want deflect arrows? Does it open some feat chain he's looking for? |
