When crafting a magical Item is there a listed price for adding Feats? Say a set of Bracers that provides 2-weapon fighting...I seem to recall it was 5,000 gold per feat. Anyone know where I might have seen this? or if Im right?
Second, what about improving the activation. A Standard action to a move-action or a free action should/would/does cost...?

I have heard that the 3e Arms and Equipment Guide has rules, but I do not own it, so I cannot confirm it. |
