Posted - 08 Jun 2011 : 04:08:47 We have green elves and moon elves out of the High Forest. We have soldiers out of Silverymoon. Other soldiers out of mirabar? I was going to use the Dawntree gang in Myth Glaurach. Anybody have any idea of numbers, or maybe other races that move in. I was going to have Alustriel move in and have her own new city and help protect the mythal from the forces of evil. But I need more help to get the composition of peoples right. |

Posted - 12 Jun 2011 : 02:26:22 Hey Lord K, in your research of the elves or working over at you know where, did you come across any inside info on the Vaults of Uvaeren? We got a little over here in SES's scroll, random scrolls, and what is FoMD obviously, but not much more than that. |

What about people looking for new business opportunities? Dwarves making new buildings, merchants looking for new markets, miners and trappers and what not.. What would be the % of adventurers moving there using it as a home base? Do we know what natural resources beside pine trees and fish in the river do we know about. It is a treasure trove similar to Myth Drannor before the Return? Anyway, Lord K, wanted to tell you I loved the Elves of Faerun work you did. I have used it a lot since you put it together. |

I'd imagine that, directly after the Elven Crusade, when the Elves retook it from the Fey'ri and their forces, the ruins were much more akin to a military base than an actual city. The mythal was modified to not allow within it's bounds creatures tainted by evil by Araevin, and it's other effects (aroints summoning conjuration spells, and spells that deal with death, evil, fire and acid. Antipathy and Protection from Evil spells that keep all evil creatures out of the city, while in addition to Death Ward and Detect Scrying. The Outer Ward of the Mythal barred entry to all those who have ever eaten the flesh of an Elf, Dwarf or Human.), so there's that to take into account. |
