So, this is a post directed at ... 1 person. :) Markustay - would you be willing to take the moonsea map and drop 12 mile hexes on it, with Hulburg falling within 1 of the hexes?

I'm in the process of building up a kingmaker campaign for the PC in my group that just married into the Hulmaster family, circa 1350. Since Hulburg is little more than a single keep at the moment, it should be a nice starting point.
