Hello...

Since we have a new member in our party, who plays a dread necromancer, I have been trying to find some feats for him which can make his sommoned minionss more powerful.

But I'm either blind or just looking the wrong places cause I have found none!

Can anyone help me?

Corpse-crafter is a must as it's the Undead version of Augment Summoning. Tomb-Tainted soul is also very useful. Extra Turn/Rebuke is probably a must but since your spells are Arcane in nature, Divine Meta-magic might not work (it's a DM choice if you ask me). There is also a feat that makes your undead deal cold damage in an explosion when they die, so throwing out Skeletons that die easily are like little walking bombs. Couple of other feats (mostly from Libris Mortis, Heroes of Horror, and Champions of Ruin) could help influence your friend's PC.

You should also take a look at nightsticks, which increase the amount ofTurn/Rebuke attempts per day you can do (though DMs often say that don't stack).

Also, while I'm thinking about it, there is another feat that allows undead minions to deal some extra damage with unarmed attacks (claw, bite, etc..) but I think it's all rolled up into the LB book.

Hope some of this helps.

The player that used one in my campaign took the Tomb-taited Soul which makes them healed by Negative energy. We placed a limit upn it so that they could only use it equal to the times she could turn and rebuke undead. But it was an awesome self-heal

feats from Libris Mortis, like Master of Undeath and Fell Animate, or Undead Leadership (depends on your style, easily broken)

Master of Necromancy from Player's Guiide to Eberron is interesting

also one of my favourites for necromancers was the Moil feat, I think it's in Complete Arcane

Quicken Turning (Complete Divine), or Corpsecrafter ...
