I have a question for all those who are willing. If Alaundo would permit us, do any of you like the idea of starting a campaign on the forums? I've been thinking about it and it sounds like an interesting idea. Post your ideas about it and tell me if yer interested.

ok, let me say that this is not an official site chat room. I think chat rooms for forums are a bad idea, because people stop posting...

as for the chat room:

My MSN is ninja_mojo@hotmail.com, so there is one chat facility

as well...

download the mIRC client from www.mirc.co.uk

join server: kalypso.nixus.org on port 6667

and join channel #ForgottenRealms - i can rename it to candlekeep if Alaundo or the others would like

there is also a registered channel on the irc.blabber.net server under the same channel name. If you are keen to go on there, but are surprised by it being empty, give me the nicks you will join, and i will ask one of my friends who are on 24/7 to hang out there, get times of your log ins and also give you ops and the other things you need including technical assistance should you not know IRC.

if you dont want to connect using the mIRC client, log onto www.planetmars.co.za/forums - click the irc icon at the top and it will automatically launch a JAVA applet which will connect you to the network via your browser and then simply join the relevant channel from there....

Hope to talk to you all soon...

Well there is an OpenRPG facility that we are exploring...

And while we do not have a specific easy java access to it (but can get if anyone would like to know) we do have a chat facility as i haev said before. I have a registered channel, just waiting for people to come...

Starts to sharpen his sword and check his whip. As long as you are prepared.

Why dont we have chat capabilities.

Just kidding

Well Met

Indeed, the Candlekeep Inn was opened for a light-hearted campaign of sorts. A more real-time interactive facility would be more suitable for an actual campaign to be run.

::prepares himself for for the chat room topic to be resurrected::

I wonder how this works. I saw such things in other forums but I m not sure yet.
But ý think it would be like candlekeep inn conversations(which ý can't be involved because of my shy nature)
Can you explain what is in your head, my friend?
