Is there any way for him to gain minimal psionic ability through feats, but without devoting class levels to it?
The wild talen feat says you gain power points and access to psionic feats, but is there a further feat that allows you to manifest? |

Another option is just to have him use some of the psionic feats. It doesn't give quite the same feel, but something like Up the Walls or Speed of Thought can add flavour as well. |
