sometimes I can find what I want with a simple Google image search.

I'm usual pretty successful with deviantART myself - I think only twice I couldn't find something that looked exactly like what I was picturing.

If I was able to find an 'Orc Paladin' and an 'Orc Princess', you should be able to find anything there.

I've also had pretty good luck just looking through WotC's art files. They stopped posting the art from their books now, but all the old stuff is still available, and is light-years better then those crappy character portraits.

Also, for those who want more art in their NPC art, Elfwood and DeviantArt are good sources.

I browse the fantasy section of Renderosity.com frequently for digitally rendered images. There's some good stuff if you weed through all the flowery faeries and nudie images (all labeled, so you don't need to see naked women if you don't want to). Actually, when I need a new NPC for something, I browse What's New and find a picture I like, then build stats and personality around the image as I see it.

Already saw that.

But I´m thinking in a more realistics npc. Like pictures of actors in epic/medieval movies, and stuff. Not Brad Pitt, Orlando Bloom, ´cause my players will associate with Aquiles, Legolas. More like extra actors of Minas Tirith.

This Wizards´s pictures sucks.

WotC did a series of PC Portraits on their website for a while:
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/arch/pc

Some of them are quite good. Some of them aren't.
