I honestly don't know exactly what book it came from.
However, I do know that a map of Westgate is available in Forgotten Realms Adventures (TSR2106) by Grubb and Greenwood:

I know it was in a module I used to have; but I don't recall the name of it. |

Just looked, sage, didn't see any. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place?
Dalor, do you know what book that map came out of? I'd love to have even trivial info on a lot of these places. |

I think we used to store some of them here at Candlekeep as well, though I haven't looked in a while. |

You can "acquire" a copy here:

Just click on the map of Westgate...then click the button that says "View Original Image" or some such. |

If you can get your hands on it, the accessory Cloak and Dagger has some interesting and detailed maps of the city of Westgate.
Also, this has some interesting whole city maps of Westgate for download, as well as some fan-created additions to the city.
Here's another map site, with current 3e maps of the whole Dragon Coast.
