If a level 10 rogue with Crippling Strike sneak attacks with a blackjack (non-leathal weapon) do you take the 2 points Strength from the opponent?

I would rule yes, but I generally run games with Vitality/Wounds opposed to Hit Points/Nonlethal Damage.
