Does anyone know why WotC is not updating their core options books? I only ask, because the [i]D&D 3.5 Update Accessory[/i] WotC released just before July 2003 doesn't cover everything in OA.

I've created this scroll mainly as a place for questions on various D&D/FR news topics from around the world, that might not fit into another category, or, are simply small wonderings by the many scribes here in the library.

Here's the first...it's a small news item that I picked up over at EN World -
