Now, just released on the WotC D&D site is the Monster Update Web Enhancement. It builds upon the material that was unfortunately cut from Player's Guide to Faerūn.
It's written by Rich Baker and James Wyatt.

Additionally, to anyone else coming into the thread wondering about future web enhancements, as reported by Dargoth in the thread below, Richard Baker has indicated this will be apparently be the only web enhancement for the Player's Guide.

Posted - 13 Mar 2004 : 14:14:13 Well, I've now downloaded my copy and I can say with some degree of certainty that these conversions are actually quite good.
The Sharn's Independent Action ability has undergone some changes, it's more streamlined, and handles much better in game play. I made room in my game this evening just to try it out...
Oh, and you are right Dargoth, those Phaerimm Age categories are definitely a nice touch. I'm hoping to be able to make use of those soon as well.
