I have all of Gary Gygax's Gygaxian Fantasy Worlds volumes from Troll Lords Games except ...

Volume 7: Essential Places

i have looked and looked and cannot find this tome

was it ever published/printed?

more research:

seems Troll Lord Games lost the GFW license (before this book was published/printed and now Gygax Games is where I was sent for more info but Gygax Games website is down
